REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We only accept exchanges or refunds for full priced items with the following conditions:

  • Item/s must be in the original condition and packaging 
  • Original invoice is shown as proof of purchase
  • Item/s are unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered and not damaged
  • All tags remaining in place 
  • Item must be dispatched for return, within 14 days of receiving your delivery

GARI reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet out returns policy requirements, once assessed. If a returned item is denied, the goods will be returned to the customer where charges may apply.

No exchange or refund for sale items and promotional offers. 

 HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

GARI understands that processing your refund/exchange quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your request as quickly as possible.

We do ask for 3-5 business days to be able to process your exchange/refund.

If you are returning an item/s, we will refund you through the same payment method and notify you via email once complete.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ME TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Unfortunately, all shipping costs incurred for returning, are not covered or reimbursed by us. Return shipping is at the customers expense. 

It is your responsibility to ensure the return postage is trackable as we are not responsible for any misplaced delivery.  

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE ITEM/S ARRIVE AND THEY ARE DAMAGED OR FAULTY? 

While we hope this never happens, if you do receive goods that are damaged or have a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately at online@gari.com.au so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
