The use of "we", "our" and "us"  within this website refers to GARI Pty Ltd. In this website, you will find the necessary information, products, and services based on the listed terms and conditions. Your usage of this website signifies that you have read, understood, accepted, and are bound to the Terms and Conditions of GARI. By accessing this website, you are responsible for securing your personal information, including your username, email, password, and contact details. You are liable for all actions done under your account.

Our website is catered for your personal use only.  All content and various material displayed on this website belong to GARI and are protected by Australian and International copyright, trademark, and laws. Any material and content from our website can not be used for commercial purpose without our knowledge and approval. 

All items on this website are priced in AUD.

The terms are subject to change for sales or special offers.

ORDER PLACEMENT AND CONFIRMATION

Orders are shown at the Checkout page. An Order Confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hours, to be followed by a Shipment Confirmation email. All orders are manually approved, therefore it will take a maximum of 3 business days to process.

In the case of error in product information or if your order is out of stock, we have the right to cancel your order or withdraw our approval. In addition, to minimize the risk of online credit card fraud, we have the right to request additional information for validation and security purposes.

 RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

GARI has great confidence in our quality. We only accept exchange or refund for full priced items the following conditions:

Item/s must be in the original condition and packaging
Original invoice is shown as proof of purchase
Item/s are unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered and undamaged
All tags remaining in place
Items must not be washed or altered in any way
Item is returned within 14 days of receiving your delivery
Any garment returned to us with stains ie, makeup/fake tan or any other markings/stains will not be refunded.

GARI reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet out returns policy requirements once assessed. If a returned item is denied, the goods will be returned to the customer.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

GARI understands that processing your refund/exchange quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your request quickly.

We do ask for 3- 5 business days to be able to process your return/exchange.

If you're refunding, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay and email you once complete.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE ITEM/S ARRIVE AND THERE IS A DAMAGE OR FAULT?

While we hope this never happens, if you do receive goods that are damaged or have a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately at oliver@gari.com.au so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.

Please be advised that this is a general size guide, therefore sizing may slightly differ due to various fabrics used.

FABRICATION AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

All GARI products are made of 100% cotton. Cold hand wash. Do not tumble dry. Care instructions are attached on each individual garment.
